Sustainable Iqaluit has been actively listening and responding to Iqalummiut – we’ve heard you say you’re over-consulted, and that you would like to see a comprehensive list of community resources. We’ve done the legwork, and now we are happy to share the following documents with you:
We are using these documents as a springboard to move forward to collectively reflect on what’s been previously said and done. They form a part of a big picture for our shared future of Iqaluit. We’ve also created an overview of how we will be Bringing it all together into a Sustainable Community Plan (click here.)
- We’re launching a fun, interactive Community Exhibit. The exhibit will include old photographs, locally produced videos, games and more. You can pick up resources, share your stories, learn about sustainability, reflect on the past and dream up the future. And you can sign up for our upcoming Working Groups to get into the details of designing our future.
